We pay attention to the materials in use for car, such as DVD
loader,optic,we use FORYOU car spec DVD loader, and SHARP optic for high temperature to avoid any broken in high temperature environment such as middle east country.

1. Aging test ( 4 hours )
2. QA sampling test ( 12 hours to 36 hours )
3. Temperature test ( -25– 75degrees celsius )
4. Humidity test ( 0% RH to 100%RH )
5. All function and in-car tests for new products
6. Incoming materials qualification
